I have run off away from my human and there was a HUGE dog there. I froze in my tracks and stared. Then I scratched him and ran so he wouldn't eat me! But he ran away instead! |

Hi our names are Ethel and Lucy. We are very brave Kats and here is our story.
We can stare down even the biggest of sparrows on any given day. Grasshoppers pose no problems whatsoever. Don't even let a d*g think about entering our territory for Lucy will send it running away making mournful sounds and with its tail tucked firmly between its legs. Lucy has hung by her harness from trees and our deck with barely a whimper - she thinks its fun! Ethel will stand up to any falling leaf, then hunt it down and capture it with ease. Both Ethel and Lucy serve as protectors without peer for Meowry. |

Hi my name is Mocha/Pussy Boots. I am a very brave Kat and here is my story.
Once I was let outside when it was dark out, and because I'm not an outdoors cat I didn't know where I was! So I started to walk around, and all of a sudden, a light appeared. It was the light to my backyard!! So off I ran to the source of the light and there was my dad, not very happy with me. So I calmly walked inside to find my sister Samantha (human). Then when I found her in her room, I jumped on the bed and told that I was very brave when I was outside on my own!! |

Once there was a beagle dog in MY territory. I didn't like him, but he made me mad, I turned around and I scrached out with my claws, and I attacked that bad beagle! When my human got home the beagle was lying on the deck on his back whimpering. I made him leave and he never came back. I sure showed him! |

I, Sparky have been a very brave cat for a long time.
My first people left me to live alone outside when I was about a year old. I took care of myself for a long time and I did not need anyone. I found some humans who would leave food out for me so I stayed on their porch. One day I was chasing another cat who had invaded my territory and I ran across the road in front of a car. The people who left the food out for me were in the car and they stopped and took me home. This was the first time they let me in their house. I must say, living in a house sure is more comfortable and a lot less trouble than living in an alley. But I still could take care of myself - I just find it more convenient to train these humans to take care of me. |
